So, I was reluctant to look at this app or even record a journal entry. Seems that traveling for the past two and a half months (business mainly and some limited vacation) has taken its tool. How does one gain 20+ pounds in such a short time? Well, I could also add an excuse...I quit smoking about 6 weeks ago... but still... OK, so now I own it...and I'm not going to start smoking again as some form of diet aide. Time to move forward and put away the whip...no point is self administering lashes because of weight gain... I am reminded of something I was told a long time ago... "discipline is a gentle thing..." So, time to be kind and account for my actions...
