I feel good now that there is some movement on the scale. something about those numbers... I am going to try not to weigh my self EVERYDAY.. I have been consistantly getting under 30 carbs what is this ketosis taste I hear about... dont think i have had it... or dont know I do anyway...I feel good anyway and i dont feel hungry at all. I have cut out eating after 7 on days i am not working.. working nights I cant do cause i dont get a dinner until after I get home on work nights and that is at 730...
