I ate way too much on Saturday, my weight in yesterday morning was 107 lbs , today it is back to normal, I have been soo hungry lately, I want to be eating all the time 😐, I still closed my week pretty good tough.

Decaf coffee do nothing for you, it's 99.7% caffeine free, and it's true, I am more hungry since I switched to decaf coffee, more anxiety, etc. Thank goodness no longer headaches, they lasted about two weeks tough. I now have plenty of energy too,I have been reading about that, they say it takes time to the body to get rid of caffeine withdrawals symptoms. I will be good one day I guess haha

Yes, last week I started eating raw celery too, I don't know if it's because I am too hungry but even celery taste good, it's sweet, I did not know that haha

Keilin_4, I gave up coffee last year around Sep. One of the best decisions of my life. But it was so rough, I had headaches, intense nausea and severe anxiety (for me) for a good month. I thought I was really ill, no joke. Now I have decaf and matcha tea which I know has some caffeine. In my case though the anxiety made me lose about ten pounds in a month, could not eat at all. I put it all back on and then some once the addiction subsided. This year I want to do the same thing with alcohol. I just need to want it bad enough. Anyhow, good luck and I will be rooting for you.

Wow! Your weight loss is incredible. How long did it take you to lose the 40 lbs? Were you also exercising?

Lil Jeni Thank you! My starting weight was 147 lbs, I started on January 4th 2017, and in 6 months my weight was 110 lbs, I was exercising with dumbbells at home and walking 5 miles 4-5 days per week , by the end of last year I started eating whatever I wanted without counting calories so I gained 16 lbs. back, this year lost those pounds again and a few more 😀
