Been pushing harder in my workouts this past week and recalculated my total calories to take in during the day and trying to stay underneath that. Being able to see the results on the scale is a great feeling of accomplishment.
81.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
