No weight loss in a week. This holiday season is killing my progress. 🙄

94.3 kg Lost so far: 29.9 kg. Still to go: 15.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

So easy to gain so hard to lose!! I finally saw the numbers 193 on my scale instead of 194 -- am gaining some will power - not much - but some -- keep at it - you are a inspiration to me-- take care--
