Yesterday was an unusual day for eating, I seemed to do all my eating at dinner. Looks like it was reflected in my weight this morning. Hopefully it will correct itself soon.
84.1 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
