1 more pound to go until I get to officially “Over-weight”. I know it’s just a number, but the anticipation is palpable.

89.4 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg. Still to go: 15.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.8 kg a Week

I can't wait to get to obese so I know how you probably feel. Right now over-weight is just a dream but I look forward to it anyway!
