weigh in at docs. pretty depressing bug i knew this already as i'd weighed last night. accountability starts NOW. he recommended low carb and benefiber to deal with constipation. guess that will be the plan. god give me strength. i so desparetly want to feel better! i'd had a horrible last two days, realized it had to be my blood pressure
