I have to say I’m pretty happy with this number considering I didn’t log any meals this weekend due to the crazy schedule we are living this month. I did still manage to get my workouts in even if it meant I didn’t get to sleep in as much as I normally would on the weekend. In the measuring of my body nothing has changed but I’m just trying to get through this month being as healthy as I can be.
83.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
