Gained a lbs due to watching too many Football Games...haha!.......and less activity.


Started early this morning @ the gym, 0530 class . Trainer called it Movement Monday & we did plenty of moves.


Brief Recap:
• EMOM -4 Rounds
• Assault Bike 12 Cals
• KB Squats 15x
• Ski Erg 12 Cals
• DB Renegade Rows 10x (this one was the killer)


We followed with BB Squats and Burned 800 Cals Total


Time to find a Spinach Wrap for Breakfast!!
76.6 kg Lost so far: 11.0 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
