I actually got to 198 the day before Thanksgiving and I finally got back down to it (after gaining 3 lbs). OK, now, “On with the show”!

89.8 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
