Feeling blah. I hate the yoyo effect with my weight! Holidays are hard and now that I reached my goal weight(138) I find it hard to be in "maintain" mode. Its to much freedom and Im messing up constantly. I know its only a few pounds but its frustrating when I worked so hard to lose it. My workouts are inconsistant as we are contantly traveling and life in general has been stressful ( had some very bad news about a family member) lately so .....what to do but stresseat?😭😭😭😭😭 Ok done whining..thx for listening.😚😚
64.0 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
