I have a love-hate relationship with my scale. I hate the numbers that I am seeing recently. I love the way it.........wait, I can get this.......I love the.........um........I........yeah. No. I've got nuthin. I just hate my scale.
68.1 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm working with a personal trainer at the gym to get my strength and balance sorted. I injested a lot of water yesterday with little output so that might be contributing to the gain. Tomorrow I start with light cardio to start losing the jiggly bits. Even with the scale reading, I'm feeling good health-wise.

I know the feeling. I hate my scale and tells it quite often. you will get there
