In an act of sheer desperation I weighed myself twice today, once in the morning and then after yoga. Thank goodness it was lower. I have to stop sabotaging myself food wise. Need to make good decisions to keep losing weight.
68.9 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
