Def not a good weight in :( gained a whole lb. Thought I did OK last week nothing really bad . Not bad enough to gain a whole lb. Ate more on weekend as I usually do but kept calories down during the week. I'm wondering if I should up my calories and eat more during the week? I know cutting way down hasn't been working lately. Even before i go to bed my stomach is growing so I thought that was a good thing . lol Any suggestions would be appreciated.
45.1 kg Lost so far: 8.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
