Standard breakfast this morning with my Starbucks Reduced Fat Turkey Sandwich, followed with some yogurt....350 Cals, but added 3 cups of caffeine, sorry Coffee ☕️..haha.


Time to burn the calories @ the Gym...1st Day without a BOOT!!
76.6 kg Lost so far: 11.0 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thx again, I tried to increase the Assault Bike minutes this morning, but the ankle kept me down.
