it was Def worth counting calories on Thanksgiving. I'm hoping I'm back on track and closing again. Going to work hard because I'm taking one day a year on Christmas to not stress over calories.
44.6 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Awesome! Have you looked into low cal recipes with chocolate? I used one before for chocolate pudding using ripe avocados

@moopie321 I haven't looked into anything but I do splurge on weekend with a Mocha Frappe Def not diet but it keeps me in control and I've lost down to 92 before. Been having them Fri and Sat night for over three years now. I keep a check on my other calories so I can enjoy them guilt free 😊

From a fellow chocolate addict: what is your current favorite chocolate bar? I am enjoying Alter Eco Dark Blackout 85% Cocoa or Simple Truth 85% - both are very low sugar but have rich, deep cacao flavor.

@gz9gjg my favorite is snickers but the last time I ate one was a fun size at my sisters last Christmas.

Yeah . . . I can't have the sugar in those And the Lily's and other artificially sweetened chocolates, just don't have enough chocolaty goodness.

Montezuma 100% with cocoa nibs is my current fav. But I haven’t tried them all yet.
