130 is always that funny number. I know my calories are pretty close to accurate and I’ve been moving around extra. If I keep the Intake low and keep burning the calories, my weight will go down. 125 by dec 14 is my short term goal. The diet is easy and I feel great on it. I’m in ketosis now and I don’t feel hungry even though I’m eating 1100 calories (I’m a short sedentary person.)
59.3 kg Lost so far: 20.0 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
