I have hit a plateau 160-165 for two months.

Finally bought new jeans: size 12! They're loose in the butt but I can't go any smaller in the waist (yet).
73.5 kg Lost so far: 19.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
