I have been exercising and eating so carefully. Finally after more than two weeks my weight went down. Not by much but at least it is in the right direction. It had remained the same for several weeks. So much harder to loose when you are older.
76.2 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week

You're right Weeabbey. I'm an older woman too and boy those pounds are tenacious. I walk 10,000 steps most days and eat under 1000 calories most days. I think we'll eventually get to much healthier weights if we eat normal food and try to move more. Let's keep tracking our progress even if it is slow going.

You are right Weeabbey's I'm 59, and those lbs are hard to get rid of.
