You don't need to slog it out in a gym when you're feeling sick but instead can climb just a few stairs, run on the spot, lift a few weights and walk around the block. If you eat lots of protein at every meal you should have energy all day. I started the weight-loss journey at 210 pounds and have slowly lost about forty pounds. Some days I eat at a restaurant or at someone's home and then I eat some treats but the next day I get back to three healthy meals and no snacking.
