Fasting BS 159, down 15 since yesterday and down 21 since Monday. I have been trending high since last Thursday - I have been sick. Lost 1 pound today - encouraging! Met all my goals yesterday except water. 16 hour fast is great, you’re sleeping through most of it! I cannot believe I was at 69% fat yesterday and still lost weight! I’m trying new recipe for breakfast today, Microwave Blueberry Muffin Cake in a Mug. I’ll let you know if it turns out. Finally, someone (I can’t remember who) wanted idea for easy snack. Haven’t tried it but looks good. Broiled pepperoni dipped in low carb marinara. Giving in to a tempting food can shut down that whole fat burning process. Stay committed!
