Good day! Met my goals Monday & Tuesday and even lost 1 pound. Now, I hope I can keep it! Also, I biked 4 miles in a strong headwind today! Walked 2.5 miles yesterday! No difficulties! No hunger! 16 hour fast went well. Started out with warm lime water around 7:30 am followed by Keto coffee at 9:00 am and bike ride at 10:00 am.
101.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
