I am now officially baffled. I gained another half pound and I really truly don't understand why. I have been feeling so certain that if I follow what I have been following regarding calories, fat, carb and protein that I will lose the weight. That hasn't happened in the last couple of days. I have racked my brains if I had a snick or taste of anything and have tried to log it faithfully. Yesterday in particular I was hyper aware of what I was doing. End result? Another half pound. So I will log in another day of being faithful to the cause because something has to give!!
117.9 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 40.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
