I have been struggling through the one90s. It all started when I hit 191. It was like I was mentally afraid to go any lower, and out of my shell. Starting a new routine today to get back on track. Wish me luck.
89.8 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
