Had a busy week, and not really concentrating on eating. Last week I lost weight in spite of eating more than usual. I ate because I felt hungry, and it was fine. This week I carried on with eating the extra out of habit, even though I thought I maybe didn't need it, and didn't lose any. Staying the same is okay though, I guess! No gain, no pain.......
