I had hoped that I would hold the big weight loss from yesterday but in fact I have come back up a half pound. Not an unusual happening for me in that I often will rebound a bit after a big loss. Just because I know it and it is predictable does not make it easier to log a gain! I will continue to eat well today and expect to be rewarded!
117.3 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 40.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
