Cutting out all white products like flour, sugar and potatoes I don't need to watch the scale I guess? I lost a pound and didn't notice. This morning I'm thinking and feeling heavy lol A chocolate creme filled eclair a couple of days ago, and conference food made me feel bloated. However, I'm still on track just waiting for my bike track to be put in. But first the deep freezer we have has to be cut up. I'm sure it came over on Noah's ark...so patiently waiting for hubby to cut and pack it out :)
