Not a good weigh in. I gained again. :( Doing the same thing as I have all year but been gaining the last few months. I keep calories less than 700 on weekdays but do have more on weekends . But it's what I've been doing. just have more than on weekdays. I just feel like binging . I eat foods sometimes just because they are low calories not because i really want them . It's just so frustrating because not sure what's so different now than a few months ago.

Have you been doing 700 cal for months? And what do you go up to on the weekends?

@Cb1006 Not always but around 2000 or less Fri and Sat and usually cut them back on Sun and then less than 1000 on Monday and around 700 Tues Wed Thurs

looked at when I started FS and I've ate basically the same since April 2015 so wondering what is causing me to start gaining. Not working as much but that was only one extra day I use to pick up .

Are you measuring and weighing your food?

just a minor bump in the road - you got this

that's puzzling, if you want average 1k and you have 700 per weekday that means you are going extra 1.5k on the weekends .. it sounds like a lot. I would suggest to count carefully your weekend's calories to see what could be the source. Could it also be water retention?.. hope you find out and update us on it.. good luck ! : )

Your body might have got used to that level of calories. I'm not sure you should eat less though. You probably will have a hard time since you're so close to your goal weight. Maybe try to mix something up for a couple weeks, exercise, macros, etc..

Do you Exercise? And if so, what Routines?

I would avoid stacking two "up" calorie days together.

thanks everyone for your support. I will mix things up and see if I can get better results . I have a treadmill but haven't used it this year so not a lot of exercise but I Def stay busy moving . Going to start back on it and see if it will help.

Check your stress level and possibly increase your exercise on the weekends when you up your calories. You may have to change your diet up since you’re eating the same thing day in and day out.
