does anyone know any easy low-calorie meals (300-200)* I'm on a very strict diet plan & I need ur help.
39 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

maybe be a bit more specific of your needs, are you low fat too?? whole food?? no refined carbs?? low carb?? eat meat??

Some pretty good ideas online. Google main meals under 200 calories, there some good sites that have complete sections by calories.
