Been concentrating on the food intake of less carbs and sugar, and I’ve had success in having a clearer head. Now to get back on the wagon for exercise, I seem to get bored quite easily with exercise routines unless it’s doing chores in the house or outside around the farm. T- 6 months until hubby and I leave for our big anniversary trip and I want to look better then I did on our wedding day; which is actually at this current weight.
84.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Me too. We have a treadmill in the basement and I never used it because I would always get so bored. What I just started doing is propping up my laptop and watching YouTube while I’m walking hahah!!!

My treadmill is located in the attatched garage but now with the temperature dropping for winter I don’t like to freeze after I warmed up and started sweating. I did do a lot of Netflix/YouTube binging while walking because I’m not one that likes to sit and watch tv. I’m usually on my feet doing something but with winter coming I’m starting to slow down just a bit and do more sitting things like crafting. Planning on starting Piyo again on Monday November 5th.
