These past two days have been bad. I broke my diet. I went over my friends house and drank soda and all that jazz. For some reason now I feel like crap like dead. Maybe me sticking to water has always been best for me. No more cheating and staying on track are my goals.
98.9 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
