Fasting Day #10
I am not seeing great results so far and I'm being very lazy with my gym routine.
I don't know what's wrong with me, sometimes I have no desire of doing anything....so depressed.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Everybody has days when they're not quite feeling themselves. And I can most definitely relate to the sometimes not wanting to do anything! :P Perhaps it's just Autumn creeping into the weather, and all the clouds that seem to be coming with it. Such beautiful leaves, though! I really enjoy Fall. It's now cool enough to comfortably take walks outside, compared to the Summer heat! At least, when dressed properly. I have discovered a newfound love of scarves since last year, when I began using them. It can make a huge difference in comfort! Cheer up soon, Pizza! We all care for you. :)
