I have a confession to make. The scale actually said I was 194.8lb this morning but I hate the idea of my weigh going back up higher and thus I've entered 196.0lb. Just being cautious or don't want to hurt my feelings?! I'll know in a week when I weigh myself again if it is really down. It is the long weekend and we plan to go to ribfest and eat lots of tasty things. I guess I'm also giving myself the space to let loose and eat a bit extra? I find out in a week!!

I hope everyone else has a great long weekend too!
