Last night I can’t believe I got through the Halloween party without eating sugar/junk. I ate two hotdogs with no bun with mustard. Then I went through the gyro line and had 2 gyros, chicken, salad filling, and tzatziki sauce no pita wraps. I washed it down with Coke Zero. I’m really proud of my will power. I just got over the headaches, I’m not doing that again. It felt like I was coming off drugs. Keto day 5. I lost almost 1/2 a pound, and I’m ok with that. I was dreading the party because I’m weak and I did it.
64.0 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You did an awesome job. I would have had one hot dog with bread and nothing on it. Then I would slowly be dying inside while everyone was eating what I wanted lol. I’m on a 1500 cal a day diet which is hard some days.
