it was my birthday and I drunk a bottle of prosecco. so little result today. but I didn't eat anything i don't have to. even no cake:) good job.
83.4 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
