Lost a Little more. I’m very excited. Although, today I have a Halloween party to go to and I’m weak. Weak as in energy yes but weak as in, I might cave in and go off the Keto. Do you get to cheat on Keto? How far off the wagon can you go? I’m one of those people who will do good all week and blow it all on the weekend. Or do good all day and be on the couch eating popcorn all night. I sabotage myself all the time. I want to enjoy myself but I feel like I need a game plan. I know myself lol. Day 4
