I lost another 1 lb. still feeling Low on energy. I’ve been putting Himalayan pink salt on all my foods since I started. I’m trying to get in enough water. I think I’m also Low energy because I was Low energy before I started. I’ve been feeling down for a while. I had a talk with my Husband and he tells it like it is. We are both military. He’s still in and I’m out now. He said if you feel bad, why aren’t you doing anything about it. Try something. So I’m on day 3 with the encouragement from my bestie. She’s been checking on me. Weigh ins and food pics/diary pics. I feel like I can do. I have to, next summer is my 20 year reunion! I was a female wrestler back in my day 103 or 109lbs weight class and now I’m 35-40 lbs heavier?! No ma’am/sir. I can’t let this continue. On track so far.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
