i’ve learned that i can basically eat anything and still lose weight but there’s a catch!
127.5 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 43.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 9.5 kg a Week

I find for me I need to be lower than 100 grams in carbs daily to loose as my calories are generally in a deficit but if I don’t watch my carb intake I don’t loose

i'm come to the realization I'm a carb addict. like many its the food I love the most. I do best when I limit my carbs to under 100 gm per day too. Thats enough to get me into ketosis in 3 days.
