I lost 1.2 lbs and this is my second day on Keto. I had a really bad migraine last night, all through the night, and this morning. Not sure if it’s because I didn’t eat sugar yesterday or some other allergy related thing. I’m trying to conserve my energy but I did a few squats, jumping jacks and a few other exercises once my migraine went away (took excedrin migraine) I’m still on track so far. I am trying to get through the first 3 days and go from there.
64.9 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I felt pretty crappy the first 4 or 5 days and had very little energy. Hang in there. 2nd week I had very few headaches and energy improved a bit. I still don’t have much energy but I am restricting calories and carbs a lot more than required so I expect it. Hang in there, it’ll get better.

MAke sure you are getting enough salt and drinking water to flush the Ketones out

It’s normal for the first two weeks or so for you to feel like shit lol. Only because your body is adjusting its main fuel source from glycogen to your stored fat. After that it’ll feel easy 😉

You are likely low on electrolytes - when eating low carb, the body sheds salt. Have a cup of salty broth or bouillon. That should avoid headache, dizziness, and constipation.

I had several migraines the first two weeks of keto, as well as the "keto flu". Once I realized that I wasn't drinking enough water, and increased my intake, the flu symptoms and the migraines went away. I've been doing the keto for almost 2 months now, and I feel so good. I add electrolyte drops to my water, which helps as well.

For the love of god, have some salt. It's literally the whole reason.
