Slid up a half pound. No mystery. I baked with my granddaughter. We made an orange-chocolate marble cake with orange frosting. The cake was lovely but I think I enjoyed it the most as far as the consumption of it. This morning I put it into a glass dish with a lid so I don't keep slicing off slivers! I am likely getting off easy with the half pound. Today the two grandkids are going to be here all day so I will need to vigilant on my eating plans. They both enjoy cooking with me so that may still be on the table. I have to remind myself that I don't have to eat lots of our creations!
118.4 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 41.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
