Fell off a little bit on the tracking my food. I’m busy with getting everything ready for my surgery and my family coming to visit me. I’ll be on here off and on until after the surgery. When I’m struggling with being active I’m going to track my meals more. Not worried about the weight gain at all. My goals are to maintain weight but not obsess over lbs and the scale. I’m currently in the market for a filling protein bar or protein cereal combo. As I’m not going to be interested in cooking when standing is going to be tough.
46.5 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
