Great to get to 22 pounds down ahead of schedule(was hoping to be there by Monday)...hoping to drop 1# a week so I can get to 210 by the Fourth of July, and at or under 200 by Labor Day.
96.6 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 30.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
