Pretty disappointed in myself today. The past 3 weeks or so I've bee super diligent... and was having fantastic results. I felt great! This past weekend I went away for a few days with my girlfriends for a bachelorette party.... and I did not eat well. Now I'm back where I started pretty much having gained back 3 lbs. I know that I need to just get back in the groove, forgive myself and move on... but it just feels like everything was for nothing. Weight loss has always been an enormous struggle for me 😥
85.5 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 17.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
