Had a run-in with a stomach Virus and my routine got messed up. Then took a break for thanksgiving. I'm not back into my food routine yet. Focusing on my morning excercise, and trying to eliminate sources of food cravings.
97.3 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
