So after a month away. Got back and found I’ve put on just over 4 pounds. Not bad considering no exercise - lots of client lunches and dinners with alcohol. I know I could have refrained but didn’t.
But I’m back - so let the diet continue so I can get down to my ideal weight.
77.8 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
