Whoo hoo! Back down to 140lbs. That surprisingly didn't take too long.

Now for the hard part... getting (and staying) UNDER 140lbs.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
