It was tough to get through the holidays and avoid the pies lol It snowed, no more cycling but I've ordered a bike trainer. I'll have to wait till it comes in. The meantime, doing aerobics 10-12 inch steps, talk about sweat and the 30 minute work out which claims 302 calories burned. So much better than walking! I think I found another workout for the now. Still sticking to the 1200 calories, I may drop it by 100 calories. Meditating on it lol
