booyah!! :D oh i'm so darn happy :)

exercising twice a day really works for me. they're not so intense like insanity workout but i make sure im burning the same no.of calories by working out twice with only longer period of time :)
68.6 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
