Finally, some downward movement. I think I realize what was going on. Because I can occasionally get Hypoglycemic, I allow myself small snacks during the day to prevent it. Recently, the snacks had become “Grazing” and it was adding up. Now I am being mindful to control my snacks. Crossing my fingers.
